Terms of Service
The terms for using this website. Our client work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Last updated 3 August 2026
Short version: this page covers your use of this website. It is not the contract for our services — that is a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
These terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Atomiq Consulting, based in London, United Kingdom (“Atomiq”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use and for evaluating whether to work with us. In doing so you agree not to:
- Republish, sell or sub-licence material from the site without our written permission.
- Use the site or its content to train a machine learning model for commercial redistribution.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, or interfere with its operation.
- Use automated means to submit the contact form, or send us anything unlawful, abusive, or containing malicious code.
Nothing here is advice
The content on this site, including the articles under Insights, is published for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Do not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your situation. Case studies and figures describe past work and are not a promise of comparable results.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting the contact form, or any other correspondence through this site, is an enquiry. It does not create a client relationship, oblige either of us to proceed, and does not commit us to any scope, timetable or price. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out the work, the fee and the terms — and where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement wins.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or are licensed to use all content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and code. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for them. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable for any period.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; we exclude all implied conditions and warranties; and we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, so please check it when you return.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
