AI Enablement

Get your team fluent enough to use AI well, every day.

Buying licences is not adoption. Most teams we meet have access to good tools and a handful of people quietly getting value from them while everyone else has drifted back to the old way of working. This engagement closes that gap with role-specific training built on your actual work — your documents, your systems, your constraints — rather than a generic prompt-engineering deck.

A fit when

  • A team has access to AI tools but isn’t using them well
  • Leaders want employees to become more AI-capable
  • Operators want practical ways to use AI day-to-day

You leave with

  • Role-specific workshop sessions, delivered on site or remotely
  • A written playbook of reviewed prompts and patterns for your recurring tasks
  • An internal AI usage policy in plain English, agreed with security and legal
  • A short adoption measurement so you can see what changed a month later
  • Session recordings and materials your team can reuse for new joiners
What's included

How the engagement is put together. Every piece below is in the fixed price. Nothing here is an optional extra we quote for later.

01

A usage baseline

We find out what people are actually doing today — which tools, which tasks, and where they gave up. That determines the curriculum; it is different for a finance team than for a support team.

02

Role-specific sessions

Hands-on workshops built around each group's real work. People leave a session with something they used that afternoon, not with notes.

03

A playbook your team keeps

Reviewed prompts, patterns and worked examples for the tasks that came up most, written down so the knowledge does not live in whoever attended.

04

Guardrails and policy

A plain-English internal policy covering what may and may not go into which tool, agreed with your security and legal people rather than imposed on them.

Timeline

What happens, and when. Dates are agreed at scoping and do not move without you agreeing to it in writing.

  1. 01Week 1

    Baseline and curriculum

Short interviews across the groups involved, a look at the tools already in place, and a curriculum built from what we find.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Run the sessions

Hands-on workshops per role, using your real work. Small groups, because the value is in the doing rather than the watching.

  3. 03Final week

    Write it down

The playbook, the usage policy and a measurement plan so adoption can be checked rather than assumed.

FAQ

Questions about AI Enablement. The site-wide questions are answered on the FAQ page.

How large can a session be?

Twelve to sixteen people per hands-on session. Beyond that it stops being hands-on and becomes a lecture, which is the format that does not work. For larger organisations we run several cohorts.

Can you use our own tools rather than recommending new ones?

Yes, and that is usually the better outcome. If you have already bought a suite, the fastest return is getting people fluent in it rather than adding another subscription.

Do you deliver on site?

Yes, in the UK and across Europe. Remote works well for smaller cohorts; on site is better when you want several teams in a room on the same day.
