Introducing the 2-week AI Readiness Audit

Ship AI that actually moves the business.

We take teams from scattered AI experiments to production systems — strategy, evaluation, and engineering that compound into measurable revenue and margin.

Services

Three ways to work with us. Which one is right depends on whether you need clarity, a system built, or a team that can use AI well.

012–4 weeks

AI Consulting

Find the right first move before you build.

Start here when the opportunity is real but the right place to begin is still unclear. We get close to the business, find where AI can actually help, and name the first move worth executing.

A fit when

  • Too many possible AI use cases and no clear priority
  • Leadership buy-in, but no practical first move
  • A team that needs clarity before anything gets built

024–8 weeks

AI Automation

Turn a painful manual process into a system your team actually uses.

The right path when the bottleneck is already visible and you mainly need the solution scoped, built, and implemented. Not automation for its own sake — removing drag so the work runs better.

A fit when

  • Repetitive, admin-heavy work
  • Reporting or follow-up that eats time every week
  • Intake, onboarding, or support that stays too manual

AI Enablement

Get your team fluent enough to use AI well, every day.

The right path when the tools are there but the habits, confidence, and role-specific usage aren’t. We help people use AI in ways that are practical, useful, and grounded in real work.

A fit when

  • A team has access to AI tools but isn’t using them well
  • Leaders want employees to become more AI-capable
  • Operators want practical ways to use AI day-to-day

How we work

The scope changes. The sequence doesn’t. One week or eight, every engagement runs through the same four stages — scope and price fixed before we start, the work visible as it happens, and your team owning it at the end.

  1. 01Before we start

    Scope

One call to work out which of the three services fits, what the end state is, and what it costs. You get a written scope with a fixed price and a fixed end date before anyone commits.

  2. 02First week

    Get close to the work

Interviews, shadowing the people who actually do the task, and a look at the systems and data involved. Assumptions get corrected here rather than at the end.

  3. 03The middle

    Build in the open

A weekly demo and a shared channel, whatever the deliverable is — a roadmap, a working system, or a team that has been trained. You see it as it takes shape, not at a reveal.

  4. 04Final week

    Hand over

Documentation, a runbook and a working session with the people who own it next. Everything runs on your infrastructure and accounts, so there is nothing to migrate when we leave.

FAQ

Questions we get on the first call. Still unsure whether this fits? Send us the messy version of the problem — we will tell you honestly if we are the wrong people for it.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. AI Consulting is a fixed two-to-four-week scope, so most teams have a ranked roadmap inside a month of getting in touch.

Do you build on our infrastructure or yours?

Yours, always. Everything runs in your cloud accounts, your repos and your CI. You own the code and the model choices from the first commit, and there is nothing to migrate when the engagement ends.

Which models do you work with?

We are model-agnostic and pick per use case, then build the evals that let you swap providers later without guessing. In practice that usually means a frontier model for reasoning-heavy steps and something smaller and cheaper for high-volume classification.

What if we already have something half-built?

That is a common starting point. We begin with an audit of what exists, keep what works, and are direct about what should be replaced. Rewrites are a last resort, not a default.

How do you handle security and compliance?

Data handling, PII redaction, prompt-injection defence and audit logging are part of the build, not an afterthought. We have shipped systems through SOC 2, HIPAA and financial services review, and we work with your security team from week one.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Your engineers own it. Handover means documentation, pairing sessions and a runbook, plus an on-call window from us while your team settles in. If we have done our job you should not need us for the second use case.
